Lots 1-11 Residences must exceed 900 square feet of living area and have a single car garage of at least 300 square feet.
The remainder of the lots must exceed 1150 square feet living area and have a two car garage of at least 480 square feet.

Yes, pets are allowed in our community. However, there may be restrictions and guidelines in place.

HOA fees are yet to be determined and will be owed annually. They will cover common grounds
landscaping, any insurance associated with the common association, road maintenance and snow
removal from common streets. Please contact our management office for more information on fees
and coverage.

Mesa Ridge has its own community well. A tap fee is required at closing. The water company
provides both potable and non-potable water to the property. See fee sheet for costs.

Mesa Ridge will have tap fees to connect to Loma Linda Sanitation district. See fee sheet for costs.

All homesites are suitable for custom home build. The community is open for your choice of any
builder, but note that architectural guidelines do apply for the community. Please consult with our
architectural review board for more information.

Yes, you are welcome to use your own builder, but approval must be obtained from the architectural
review committee for final residential structure design.

Lot sizes range from 0.181 to 0.256 acres.

Lot prices range from $136,500 to $157,000.
