Mesa Ridge Guidelines

By adhering to the guidelines and regulations for building your home and for improvements you wish to make to your property, you not only safeguard your financial investment but also play a vital role in ensuring that these enhancements align with the established standards for our community.
At Mesa Ridge, we take great care to ensure that every new home complements the beauty of our community. Before you can start building your dream home, our team needs to review and approve the architectural design prior to obtaining a building permit. This process is essential to make sure that your new house not only meets your expectations but also preserves the unique charm and beauty of Mesa Ridge.
The lots have a minimum sq ft requirement to build your home. It is recommended to verify that your house plans meet the minimum requirements for a specific lot. Lots 1-11 and lots 52-55 have a minimum sq ft requirement of 950 sq ft. The rest of the lots have a minimum of 1150 sq ft. Buyer is required to secure a sewer tap from Loma Linda Sanitation. A water tap is also required and can be secured from Mesa Ridge Water LLC.
